The International Seminar on Green Communication, Computing & Management Systems (ISGC2MS-12), is a forum for scholars, scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications in all areas of Communication, Computer and Information Sciences/technologies. The goal of the ISGC2MS-12 is to focus the community's efforts in building up in Communication, Computing and Information Sciences/technologies area by discussing perspective issues and required breakthroughs in research and development. This will also allow participants to obtain a global perspective of the scope of in Communication, Computing and Information Sciences/technologies area and of the technical challenges associated with it, in a participative and interactive manner.
