Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete the following FOUR steps.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. Send your completed copyrights forms to icngc2s12@gmail.com Download CopyRight Transfer Form

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission: You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. Send camera ready paper to icngc2s12@gmail.com Download Template

Step 4 - Registration Download Registration Form


It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the , CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the proceedings. Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg, form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafied certificate from the Head of the Institution.
