    Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete the following FOUR steps.

    Step 1 - Registration Fee

    Step 2 - Copyright Transfer All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. Send your completed copyrights forms to icm2st11@gmail.com Download CopyRight Transfer Form

    Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission: You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. Send camera ready paper to icm2st11@gmail.com Download Template

    Last date for camera-ready submission is 20 September 2011. If your paper is accepted. Please send the camera-ready copy of the paper in MS Office 2000/Office XP . File Name of the Paper must be Paper ID , viz., if paper ID is M-10-51 then the file name will be M-10-51.doc, registration form M-10-51-R.doc/M-10-51-R.pdf and Copyright form M-10-51-C.pdf.



    Step 4 - Registration Download Registration Form


    It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the International the Library of Congress, American Institute of Physics, New York, USA, the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

    All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the proceedings. Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg, form to avail the deduction.
